Is Lead Rescue texting live?
No, not yet. The first version is an email dry run: the owner gets the alert by email, and quote-form requests get an email reply. A text to the caller starts after carrier registration, which takes days to weeks.
Is the reply automated?
Yes. It's a set message. It says who it is and how to stop. You get a ping with the caller's number.
Will Lead Rescue win me jobs?
There are no promised results. It can help you lose fewer jobs. It can't guarantee any. It also doesn't answer your phone for you.
What does a Seed Site cost?
Launch-month pricing for the build fee. Standard: Starter (1 page) $250, Business (3 to 5 pages) $500. 3D & motion: 3D Launch $600, 3D Pro $1,250, 3D Signature from $2,250 (quoted per project). A care plan is required with every site, at $99 a month, never discounted. 50% deposit to start, 50% before launch. The care plan is month-to-month: cancel with 30 days' written notice, and the monthly fee continues through the notice period.
Do I need a 3D site?
No. A Standard site is a clean, simple, fast, mobile-friendly site with click-to-call and simple motion. The 3D & motion builds add a custom 3D hero, a scroll story and a lead assistant for businesses that want to stand out. You pick the lane that fits.
What does "launch-month pricing" mean?
These are our launch prices for the Seed Sites build fee. Prices can change after launch month. The first clients are still asked for a case study, a written review and a referral.
What does Lead Rescue cost?
Lead Rescue is a separate offer. The first 3 clients pay $297 setup and $197 a month. After that it is $497 setup and $297 a month. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' written notice, and the monthly fee continues through the notice period. Carrier registration fees are paid at cost, quoted in writing first.
What if I stop paying?
The $99/month care plan is month-to-month. You can cancel it with 30 days' written notice (email is fine), and the monthly fee continues through the notice period. If you stop, your site stays live through the 30-day notice, and your files are handed over with a clear handoff. The full agreement is provided before you sign.
Who owns the site?
Seed hosts your site, and the $99/month care plan covers hosting, small edits and speed and uptime checks. You buy your own domain, in your own name. If you stop, your files are handed over with a clear handoff. Our first clients are asked for a case study, a written review and a referral. The full agreement is provided before you sign.
Is everything under "What we can build" ready to buy?
No. Those items are built to order. We scope each one with you and give a custom quote first. They are not ready-made products or live services.
Won't a fancy 3D site be slow?
That only applies to the 3D & motion builds, and it can happen if it's done carelessly. We keep the 3D to one light scene, load it after the words and buttons, and give phones a lighter version. If a device can't handle it, visitors get a still image and a normal fast page.
What does the site assistant actually do?
It answers common questions from facts you approve (hours, services, areas, policies) and offers to pass a message to you. If it isn't sure, it says so and passes it to the owner. It doesn't promise answers.
Is it accessible?
That is the design goal: real headings and buttons, keyboard navigation, readable contrast, and a "reduce motion" fallback. Motion is decoration, never the only way to get information.
